It's that time of year again. Every spring, SylvanSport, together with a bunch of other gear sponsors, puts together some sort of contest for you to win the ultimate gear motherload. The past couple of years, the contest has been a nationwide treasure hunt of sorts, with last year finishing right here in San Francisco.
This year SylvanSport has decided to change it up a bit and instead ask you to get your Mark Twain on. In 400 words or less, write an essay about what kind of adventure you would take in your new GO camper and all your gear if you won. Describe not only your dream adventure, but how you plan to promote it, i.e., on your blog, social media, or something way cooler.
Three winners will be chosen to win a gear package from sponsors including Yakima, Kelty, KEEN, Black Diamond, Wenger, Jackson Kayak, SPOT, Grand Trunk, and Orbea. The top winner will also get to keep the GO camper itself, along with some bonus gear.
The GO is more than just your average camper trailer. The GO can be used either as a low profile trailer, a gear hauler fitting up to 5 bikes or ten kayaks, or transformed into a comfy camper in a matter of minutes.
The contest is open from now until May 31st, 2012. Each week up until that date, entrants will be thrown into a weekly prize giveaway, so the quicker you submit, the more chances you have to win some sort of gear. What are you waiting for-GO!
