Light My Fire MealKit 2.0

Light My Fire MealKit 2.0

Just in time for your summer outdoor adventures, Light My Fire is releasing a slew of cooking sets that will have you you eating in style, with everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal in the outdoors. Easy to clean and packing down small, the new kits will come in handy for everything from a picnic in the park to multi-day backpacking trips.

The MealKit 2.0, due out in May, is a complete 8 piece meal prep and eating set that includes a lid/plate, bowl/plate (900ml), Pack Up Cup, combined strainer and cutting board, Spork, two waterproof SnapBoxes (170ml and 320ml) with snap-lock lids, and a harness to keep everything neatly organized.

The Pack Up Cup holds 260ml of liquid and collapses in on itself when not in use. A secure lid cuts down on spillage and helps to keep your cowboy coffee warm in the morning. Both the Pack Up Cup and SnapBoxes feature internal measuring lines to aid in the cooking process.

All the pieces in the MealKit 2.0 pack neatly into the main plate and lid, secured by the harness. The plastic buckle at the top of the harness lets you hang the compact set off of your pack during the day.

The MealKit 2.0 is dishwasher and microwave safe, and best of all, will float in case you drop it in the river or lake. Light My Fire uses environmentally-friendly, BPA-free TPE or polypropylene plastic and the Tritan based Spork won't scratch any non-stick cookware you might use.

The MealKit 2.0 comes in 7 different colors and retails for $27.99, shipping in May. The LunchKit includes the same pieces as the MealKit 2.0 minus the Fold Up Cup and cutting board.
