All three flavors of the Organic Fruit + Almond Bars were built around Patagonia’s belief that we function most efficiently on simple, natural foods, and that nature already has a leg up on the high-tech, heavily processed energy bars on the market. Patagonia Provisions developed the fruit bars with the help of chefs and nutrition experts, resulting in bars that are not only delicious and nutritious, but also good for the planet.
Patagonia Provisions Organic Fruit + Almond Bars come in three different flavors: Apricot, Inca berry, and Mango. The bars are made with minimal, non-GMO organic ingredients–simply dried fruit, roasted almonds, fruit juice, baobab powder, and chia seeds. There are no added flavor enhancers or aftertastes from protein powders and vitamins.
The result is a gluten-free, kosher and vegan, chewy, chunky bar with true fruit flavors, the crunch of roasted almonds, and the bright, slightly tart taste of baobab. Chia seeds (an ancient whole-grain food renowned for its dense concentration of omega-3 fatty acids, fiber, protein, antioxidants, and calcium) give the fruit bars a natural nutritional boost.
