Kickstarter’s #1 women’s fashion project is back for round two. And given that it was over 100% funded in just a day, the Undress Version 2 – Sport looks to be just as, if not more popular than the original.
Similar to the first Undress, the Undress Sport is a system to help you change clothes without ever getting naked. Based on feedback from customers, the Undress Sport includes updated fabrics, fit, style, and functionality–even making it easy to get in and out of your sports bra.
Probably best understood by watching the video, the Undress Sport works by slipping in to the dress and bringing it up to your waist. Slide the soft handle under all your top layers and slip the drawstring loop over your head–this brings the front panel of the dress underneath all your current top layers so you can remove them without worry. Two zippered side openings in the skirt give you access to your bottom layers for easy and concealed removal.
To redress, all you have to do is reverse the process. When not used for changing, you can wear the Undress Sport as a skirt, dress, or use it as a seat cover to keep your car from getting muddy or wet on your drive home. The dress is both washer and dryer friendly for easy cleaning.
With the Undress Sport, you can choose from three different tech fabrics: Athletic (sweat wicking, antimicrobial), Lifestyle (swimwear type, moisture friendly), and a Terry/Towel fabric. All the fabrics are anti-microbial and odor blocking.
If you regularly need to change in or out of your clothes at the trailhead, beach, or any other public place, the Undress Sport definitely comes in handy. Trying to get in and out of my bike clothes while smashed in the car is more than frustrating. For a $65 pledge over on Kickstarter, you can pre-order your Undress Sport with expected delivery in May 2016.
