You can now grill up some mean steaks, burgers, and brats on your next camping trip, all fueled by the sticks and twigs you find around your tent. The BioLite Portable Grill provides a fun new way to cook your favorite foods on the wood-burning BioLite CampStove. Say goodbye to boring one pot meals, instead you can make your favorite kebabs, pizza, or even quesadillas on the grill during your next outdoor adventure. The grill will fit up to 4 burgers or 6 hotdogs at one time.
The Portable Grill slots right into the top of your BioLite CampStove. The unique design funnels flames up from the burn chamber and fans them out along the gate area of the grill. The grill features high, medium, and low cooking zones so you can move your food around as necessary.
You can keep cooking your meal while you stoke the fire without the need to remove the grill. Simply flip open the Fuel Intake Lid, gaining direct access to the burn chamber to control the flame levels. As you close the lid again, flames return to the base of the grill body for continued cooking.
When you are done, the Portable Grill legs fold up and a plastic travel cover slots over the top of the grill to contain any mess. The grill weighs 1.875 pounds in addition to the weight of the CampStove so probably best suited to car camping or a fun thing to bring tailgating, to the beach, or a day out in the park.
