The Compression + Ice gear comes in a range of styles, from simple knee and elbow sleeves to the full Clutch Tights that target your hips, glutes, lumbar, IT Band, quadriceps, hamstrings, knees, and shins. All 110% Compression + Ice gear incudes the recommended 110% Reusable Ice Inserts in that particular style. For those that prefer or require heat therapy, 110% Ice can actually be heated as well.
The compression fabric is a blend of 70% Polypropylene and 30% Spandex, developed for maximum comfort, compression, and cold/heat transfer. It is anti-microbial, moisture wicking, and latex free. The compression socks use a blend of nylon and spandex material.
The Reusable Ice Inserts come in sheets which can be cut for a custom fit and will last for up to 6 months. If they begin to look flat, you simply need to rehydrate them for maximum effect.
