Super Chic Bike Bags From Po Campo

Racktote-rack

Chicago company Po Campo has reinvented the bike bag concept. Sometimes when commuting by bike, you want a little bit more style than a typical messenger bag, pannier or backpack can give you. The Po Campo bike bags will not look out of place at drinks and dinner, out shopping or even at the office.

Po Campo was started two years ago by Chicago designers Maria Bousted and Emily Taylor who wanted to give women bike commuters more stylish accessory options. The name Po Campo comes from the cook character in Lonesome Dove who believed in doing things his own way. This spirit is reflected in the company's intent to make all the bags locally in Chicago.

Po Campo Handlebar Clutch

Po Campo's Handlebar Clutch hooks on to any set of handlebars via adjustable attachment clips. Made from water and fade resistant fabrics, the Handlebar Clutch uses magnetic closures to give you easy access to the contents while keeping them secure for the ride. An outer pocket is perfect for storing your bus pass or cell phone while an inner zippered pocket will keep your keys and other valuables safe.

Po Campo's Rack Tote is basically a larger version of the Handlebar Clutch that attaches snugly to your rear bike rack. A strong zippered closure, reflective side straps that can hold your bike light, and a stowable shoulder strap make this the perfect bag for your bike commute to the office.

The Bungee Handbag is basically a great looking handbag with reflective side pockets that attaches to your bike rack or handlebars via a bungee system. With six different fabric colors and designs, you could get one to match every outfit.

The Bungee Handbag retails for $120, the Rack Tote for $160 and the Handlebar Clutch for $92. All can be purchased from select retailers or from the Po Campo website.
