For those of you in New York City on Saturday, head to the Soho Apple store to check out Core77's limited edition hand crafted Dutch Master cruiser.
The Dutch Master was designed and built in NYC, leveraging local manufacturing and bike building expertise. The bike was hand-built by KT Higgins, a Brooklyn-based ex-bike messenger and proprietor of Bushwick Bike Shop.
The urban bike is based on the Worksman Newsboy frame used throughout the NY delivery community for over 100 years and fitted out with premium components such as the Brooklyn Machine Works pedals and stem or the BMX crankset and foot pegs. The wheels are hand-built in Brooklyn with DT Swiss spokes and are equipped with the shock-absorbing Schwalbe "Fat Frank" cruiser tires.
The bike will be produced in a limited edition of 25. For more information, ordering, videos, photos of Core77's Dutch Master Bicycle, visit their website.
