The merino hoody is strong enough to wear as an outer layer yet light enough for layering, whatever your adventure may be this summer.
Similar to a light wool sweater, the Shak Lite Hoody is made from a medium weight texture knit fabric of 21 micron merino wool at 295 g/m2. Clean, classic lines offer a tailored look without being too form fitting.
Two front hand warmer pockets, in line with the side seams, add no extra bulk. The color accented hood sits snuggly and comfortably on your head whenever you need that extra bit of warmth.
A nice feature of Ibex merino wool apparel is that it is machine washable for low maintenance care. You don't have to worry about each piece shrinking or losing its shape after washing. I have had no problems with washing either my Shak Lite Hoody or Indie Mountain Jersey numerous times on the regular cycle.
