While some brick-and-mortar stores will remain closed today to incentivize us to play outside, online retailers are open for business (including REI), even extending Black Friday sales straight through the weekend (if they haven’t started already). Performance Bicycle discounted pretty much everything up to 60%–full bikes, parts, accessories, and all. For example, you can one of the bikes we ride, the Diamondback Podium Optum or the equivalent Diamondback Podium Equipe, for up to $3000 off retail this weekend. The HED Stinger wheels alone are worth a huge chunk of the remaining price.
Backcountry has a sale on all the major brands, discounting gear up to 50% on Marmot, Prana, Columbia, Kuhl, Smith, and more. But for the climbers, saving over $200 on a Black Diamond Camalot C4 Package (#.3-6) is pretty hard to beat. Winter is a great time to build your summer rack.

And finally, REI discounted most of their GPS watches such as the Suunto Ambit3 and the Garmin Fenix 3 by anywhere from 20%-30%. That can save you more than $200 on a high-end watch.
