As bike commuting becomes more and more popular, German designer Stefan Wallmann has designed a bicycle that can shift from an ordinary commuter shape for city riding into a recumbent position for longer road riding. The concept is aimed at daily commuters that need a bicycle suitable for both distance and city traveling. The bike is additionally equipped with a battery and hub-motor for those commuters who want a little extra help getting to work.

The frame can be moved from high to low simply by pushing a lever to unlock the frame and leaning backwards. By releasing the lever and leaning forward, the frame can be modified back from low to high. All this can be done during the ride, without the need of stopping (see the video below).
