Jansport Upcycled Art Packs And Totes

Jansport Reclaimed Art Packs and Totes

At last year's Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival, Jansport invited festival-goers to create their own artistic designs across numerous large canvases. Jansport will return to Bonnaroo this year with the limited edition upcycled art packs and totes made from those original canvases.

These one of a kind upcycled packs and totes are born from the original art created by attendees at the 2009 Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival during Jansport's Reclaimed Art Canvas project. Attendees went crazy on 5×15 foot canvases made from Jansport backpack material. Post festival, the artwork was showcased online where the Bonnaroo community could tag and comment on their work and share their designs with friends.

Jansport Reclaimed Art Canvas project

Jansport plans to repeat the Reclaimed Art Canvas project again this year as well as sell on-site the 110 limited edition upcyled packs and totes made from last year's canvases. For $40 each, all the proceeds from the packs will go to Big City Mountaineers.

"Our consumers have been personalizing their packs with their creativity for more than 43 years and Bonnaroo is the perfect venue to applaud and harness the creativity of all attendees and engage them as part of the brand, while supporting a great case like Big City Mountaineers in the process", said Laurie Heller, Marcom Manager for Jansport.

So if you want to get your hands on one of these cool, limited edition Jansport upcycled art packs, head to the Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival in Tennessee at the end of this week.
