Evoc Makes it Easier to Take Photos on the Bike

This week, Evoc announced a new line of camera packs that make it easier for you to take great photos while riding bikes. A new hip pack and backpack not only safely transport you camera, but carry your water, snacks, tools, and extra gear.

For those that hate wearing backpacks on the bike, the Hip Pack Capture ($100) ensures you always have your camera at the ready. The 7-liter pack features a padded main compartment with dividers to customize the storage space to fit your exact setup. A separate fold-down, quick-access compartment with a waterproof inner pocket is the ideal place to store memory cards and accessories.

The hip pack features an additional zipped pocket for storing your phone, and two mesh water bottle pockets on either end. An integrated rain cover will protect your camera and all your gear should you get caught out in a storm or ride extra muddy trails. A tripod can be fastened to the underside of the Hip Pack Capture through the belt.

For those needing to carry more gear, the Evoc CP Photo backpack series safely stores all of your necessary camera equipment. Available in an 18-liter ($250), 26-liter ($300), or 35-liter size ($350), the backpacks ensure all your gear stays in place even as you shred on the bike.

The main compartment is divided into a padded, sub-divided camera slots and an open space for all your personal gear. The camera compartment features pockets for memory cards and other accessories and can be accessed via the back of the pack. You can also get at your camera quickly from a special side opening.

Other features include space for a hydration bladder, glasses, laptop, integrated rain cover, and even avalanche equipment in the larger packs. All the new Evoc photo packs will start shipping any day now.
