To celebrate summer, Vuarnet launched a limited edition line of stylish sunglasses that help protect your eyes from the glare of the summer sun. Functioning similar to a baseball cap, the visor on the Edge Cap sunglasses blocks any light from entering into your eyes from above.
The unisex Edge Cap sunglasses come equipped with a stainless steel visor that extends over the curves of the frame to deliver 180-degree protection against glare. The new sunglasses combine stainless steel and acetate frames with Vuarnet’s signature mineral glass lenses that deliver 100% UV protection, are anti-reflective on the backside, and offer better overall visual comfort.
The Edge Cap sunglasses come in four colors and retail from $350 to $420, available on the company website. While all the lenses offer category 3 level of protection from visible light, the different lens colors provide a variety of further benefits. For example, the black frames with Skilynx lenses improve landscape relief and depth perception, while increasing contrast in low visibility, foggy, or cloudy conditions.
My favorite for sure in terms of style are the brown and purple ones with their retro 60s vibe.
