R.E.Load Bags allows you to submit your own artwork to be stitched onto your chosen messenger bag during the creation process. Your artwork is transformed onto your bag via embroidery, applique or both. The company has been perfecting their technique over the past 11 years to the point where they can quickly create an image pretty much identical to the original artwork.
R.E.Load manufacturers all different kinds of bags from the traditional single strap messenger bag style to the double strap backpack style, both flap and roll tops. These custom bags range in base price from $107 to $345, depending on size and style, with many accessory options.
The basic R.E.Load Bags customization enables you to choose colors for everything from the base bag fabric and liner to the color of the velcro and thread. Unfortunately, the website does not yet feature a full fledged "Build Your Own" tool, so you can't actually see what your bag will look like before you place your order.
If you want to include your own custom graphic, you need to email the image to R.E.Load Bags, along with all your custom color requests, and the company will quote you a price. The general custom bags have a 2-3 week turnaround time and for custom graphics, add on an additional 2-3 weeks.
